Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Pack with Care
Disassemble the bed frame if necessary and place all parts, including the lift mechanism and hardware, back into the original boxes.
Schedule a Collection
Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a specialized two-man furniture courier to collect the items from your home.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
