What is included with my TV bed purchase?
Each bed frame includes a built-in motorized lift system and a remote control. Please note that the television and mattress are sold separately unless specified as part of a bundle package.
What size TV can fit inside the footboard?
Most of our TV beds are designed to accommodate slim LED screens up to 43 inches. However, specific dimensions vary by model, so we recommend checking the 'Technical Specifications' section on the product page.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer a 'White Glove' delivery and assembly service at checkout. Our specialist team will deliver the bed to your room of choice, assemble it, and ensure the TV lift mechanism is fully functional.
How do I manage the cables for my TV and gaming consoles?
Our beds feature integrated cable management systems. There are discrete access points within the frame and footboard to route HDMI and power cables directly to the storage nook or wall outlet.
What is your return policy for large furniture items?
We offer a 14-day return period. The item must be in its original packaging and unassembled. Due to the size of TV beds, a collection fee will apply unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
Do the beds come with a warranty?
All of our TV beds come with a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering the frame and the electronic lift mechanism for your peace of mind.
